I would recommend this holiday to friends and family. You have thought of everything that would be needed for everyone to have a wonderful break/holiday, there is lots for the kids to do outdoors and indoors and lots for adults as well. The lodge is fully equipped and you have everything in there you need from when you first arrive, from beds made to tea, coffee and milk. Had a brilliant time, a really friendly family place. Miss H, Corby, Northamptonshire 29 March 2011
The setting of the resort looked beautiful in the snow. The lodges nestled within the trees looked like Narnia when lit by the lamp posts at night. Mrs B, Hungerford, Berkshire 30 December 2010
Darwin Forest is a lovely area and the lodge had everything needed, was warm and comfy and the children enjoyed the outdoor surroundings too. Lovely holiday park. Mrs G, SHEFFIELD 18 November 2010
We would recommend Darwin Forest to anyone with or without children. The weather wasn't fantastic when we stayed but there was still plenty to do to keep the children busy. We really enjoyed our time at Darwin Forest and are now discussing when we could return next year. Mr H 07 October 2010
Lovely relaxing break, really child friendly and the lodges are beautiful. We've been twice already this year and no doubt will be back next year as well. Miss G, Leeds, West Yorkshire 30 September 2010
Even though all/most of the lodges seemed to be occupied it didn't seem busy anywhere, lovely and relaxing but at the same time, exhausting to try to fit everything in. Mrs J, Romford, Essex 05 September 2010
This is our second visit to Darwin Forest and I cannot praise the place enopugh, we nearly claimed squatters rights on our lodge. They are clean, comfortable and well equipped. the park is beautiful with a lovely pool and soft play. The pub is fab, everything is fab. Mrs B, Whitley Bay, Tyne And Wear 18 July 2010
A very well kept holiday park with excellent facilities on-site and lots to do and visit nearby(car definitely recommended due to parks location) Swimming pool and soft play centre kept our six year old happy and entertained and the forest walk kept our dogs tail wagging for a full fortnight! We have booked many holidays through Hoseasons and have to say that this park was the most dog friendly we have been to(there is even a dog washing area!) The Foresters Inn served excellent food and the welcome was always friendly. We would definitely recommend this park and would love a return visit ourselves! Mrs D, Falkirk, Stirlingshire 15 July 2010
The site itself is lovely and the log cabins are well spaced out to give you privacy. Everything that you require is in the log cabins, they have a really lovely pool that was never too busy and the gym is well equipped. Definitely everything you need for a quiet break away. Mrs M, COWDENBEATH, FIFE 10 July 2010
We stayed here at the beginning of June as a base to visit Drayton Manor as our 2 year old wanted to go to Thomas Land. We had a lovely weekend, and the park is beautiful with plenty for the kids to do. We are going back at the end of August and are really looking forward to it. Miss G, Leeds, West Yorkshire 23 June 2010
A lovely park, ideal for that quiet away from it all break. Children will love the abundance of wildlife on the doorstep. Miss G, Leeds, West Yorkshire 09 June 2010
A lovely relaxing break with plenty to do if we wanted it. Mrs P, St. Albans, Hertfordshire 14 April 2010
